About Reshma

I'm Reshma Chauhan, a yoga teacher who believes movement should feel like coming home to yourself. Over the past 10+ years, I've guided students from all walks of life — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners — helping them find balance, strength, flexibility and stillness in their own way.

My classes blend traditional postures with mindful breathwork, gentle mobility, and moments of quiet reflection. Whether you join in person or online, you'll find a calm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace.
